Julian likes to consider himself a calm and reasonable person. Gentle, even. Which is what makes it so frustrating when Garak drives him to cross those self-imposed boundaries. He hadn't really bitten him--his teeth had just scraped Garak's hand as it pulled swiftly back--but he certainly had intended to. It's just that having his hair cut is a nightmare regularly, when it's being done by a trained barber who has experience with human hair and is doing precisely what Julian asks for and expects.
