Getting to JUST DO!!
Just DO!! is a state of mind. But to reach this state of mind, you have to have a diet that supports it. Thus, I've found that it improves motivate massively ...
I eat my meals in this order, and remember that the max you can eat is the size of your fix, when pure-ay'd
Protean .. 24 to 32 oz a day. 3 to 4 meals
Veggies .. salads, and other greens, up to 30 a week. Scientists have found this improves gut flora. Be careful with high fiber intake as the gut flora will convert fiber to sugar, causing spikes in your blood sugar.
Complex Carbs .. 1 to 2 servings a day to balance out the blood sugar
Whole Fruits - do not drink fruit juice, or pure-aid fruit, as this unlocks the sugar in them. Whole fruit tastes sweet, but has 90% of it's sugar locked up, and makes your body work harder to get to it.
Sweets - only when you really crave them.
What you should find, is that your motivation improves to the point where you can JUST DO!
What scientists are finding is that an imbalance of gut flora cause by too much refined sugar causes depression / lack of motivation. To restore the balance, you need complex carbs in different forms, and since Protean can do everything that a carb can, but a carb can't do anything a protean can, then more protean will help balance out your blood sugar levels, as well as provide other needed nutrients through fat intake.
