How I imagine Vision (in particular, my version) to be with the rest of the Maximoff family:
Wanda
Although he doesn't have a history with her like the others, he knows how much she meant to them and how much she did for them. So to honour that, he would do anything for her. He would do anything to keep her safe. In the mean time, his interest in her is actually him having a crush on her. But he doesn't push it or anything. He's still very new to emotions so love is a big thing he doesn't understand yet. He thinks his fascination with her is just a symptom of the memories he has of her and the previous Visions; but it's actually deeper than that. She shows him his potential.
Billy && Tommy
Like Wanda, he knew how important they were to the Vision before him. So he'd happily play the Father role if need be. Although, he would probably come off more as the dorky but smart uncle if anything.
Peter/Pietro
A character like him can be a lot for him to handle at times, but he actually learns a fair deal about humor and sarcasm from him. At first, he may seem confused or oblivious to the others actions, but as he comes to understand him, he ends up going along with jokes and even some pranks (and takes the blame for it.) They share similarities in terms of Peter having trouble needing distraction a lot since everything feels slow while everything feels new to Victor. Peter is like his younger brother in some ways, he shows him how to be laid back and understand his own personality.
Erik
A naturally reserved man, Victor can have trouble interacting with him. Especially in the beginning. But he learns how to be mature and more of an adult through him. On the moments they do decide to spend time together, Victor is more than happy to take in every second since it's not often. Whether it's playing chess, helping him around the house or when they're reading in the same room. But the moments he truly takes in are the ones where he gets to witness Erik use his powers. He admires him a great deal because of how strong he is and from the stories he hears about him. Erik is the one who teaches him how to be grown up and how to be independent, even if Erik doesn't always teach it intentionally.
Charles
Perhaps the most like-minded of the rest. They're both interested in academic topics. Philosophy, psychology, etc. And Charles is not as intimidating as Erik is, so he feels inclined to say more around him. Victor is taught about the sociology of humans and how they interact. And how he can understand feelings he comes across. He's like his tutor in that regard, and addresses him as Professor for that very reason.
