I did it! I got myself to the gym tonight (it's been a few weeks). Did some running/walking on the treadmill. I really should sign up for another 5K to keep myself motivated.

I was feeling all kinds of anxious this morning and wanted to sit around at home, but my husband convinced me to at least go for a walk so I got in a nice 2.25 mile walk/run! So happy that spring is finally here! And of course, I feel better now after getting some exercise.
