((Ok, hands down, my fave I've ever made! For those who don't know, I have a side baking business where I specialize in making Piecakens! These are awesome things, where a pie is actually baked inside of a cake! Awesome, I know! They're tricky, time consuming bastards, but so worth it! Well, in the last year I've branched out into 'stuffing' all kinds of things inside my cakes, and this is by far my best! Fudgy, chocolatey brownie inside of a banana cake, with chocolate peanut butter icing. Dark chocolate icing is used for the piping, and the accents are a mix of chocolate, dark chocolate, and peanut butter flavors. What make this one so special is that it's my first two layer Caken! Each layer is SO heavy, I've always been worried about them collapsing, but damn, this thing held up like a champ and I nearly cried tears of joy! So yeah, here's one of the reasons why I've been MIA the last few days lol.
