cal feels guilty mourning prauf. he blames himself for his death and knows that if he had spoken up to him sooner, then maybe he could have saved him from his fate. despite this, cal still mourns prauf. maybe not in the traditional way, but he's lost interest in music because every time he reaches for his headphones, he gets a reminder ( and the force echo connected to them ) of prauf. it was prauf who gifted them to cal and cal feels if he enjoyed something, like music, again it would only hurt.
cal feels guilty for mourning jaro tapal. while it wasn't directly his fault, cal will tell others that he wasn't a strong enough jedi and he couldn't protect his master. he doesn't use anything related to the force for his safety ( and because he feels he doesn't deserve to after the events of order 66 ). he still carries his master's lightsaber around as a physical reminder of his failure.
ian hates st. patrick's day, mostly because it involves wandering around downtown chicago trying to find where frank passed out. sure, the family could just leave him wherever he is, but the last time they did that, he almost accidentally drowned in the river. when asked about it, he said he liked the green color and wanted a closer look. he also hates it because he's a ginger and got teased as a kid because other kids would call him a leprechaun.
Remember when Max did the jizz lobber spot to Adam and Adam didn't even flinch?
That was interesting huh.
anakin has watched as ahsoka left to embark on her own path twice now. the first time is when she departs from the order, and he has to accept her choice despite how he wants her to stay. the second time is when she's going down an entirely new path with sabine. both are painted with sorrow, but the sorrow is painted differently in the two instances.
