a shit ton of those “CUTE!!!” cross-species interaction animal videos are a combination of gross animal endangerment, neglect, and outright abuse and are often filmed with privately owned animals which account for their atypical arrangements and combinations so please be EXTRA VERY WARY if you are watching a video and you see exotic/mismatched species in unprofessional situations without SIGNIFICANT explanation and even then you have to be wary because there’s always the possibility of untruth

Okay, but consider: More octo-positive art. More of them being having relatable lives, for better or for worse. More casual Fridays and little Octavian families. They're people too. And a lot less violence against them, because that seems so abundant in the fandom. A lot less glorification of agents, because there's no reason to be proud of what they do. Fewer token octopi and more realism to the fact that they're prone to know a ton of others like them. Please.
