I knew the person and interacted with them frequently. I mentioned a few more details in this post here. What I didn't mention is that since then, I have lost track of the overdoses I've seen and had at least 4 more people I know and love die from drug abuse.

If you're considering it, please never ever do drugs. They won't satisfy you or make you feel better. Many people become homeless or lose their families because of drugs. Even if life is rough, it's not worth it. It's never been worth it.
