Any issues you may have do not make you any less valuable to that department. Your boss knows you do good work. Asking for accommodations when you need them is nothing to be ashamed of.

They could actually get in big trouble for that if you wanted to push the issue.

I feel like the damage is already done. I already feel like a huge pain in the ass even asking for accommodations from these men, I don’t want to become even more of a problem

like I want to go to grad school in this department and now 5 fucking PIs know that I have issues :(

Jordan is the closest I have to a real adult that is also someone you know. I feel like this is a question we all need an answer to sometimes.
