That’s true! its just there’s typically only grenadine, which is cherry syrup, and lime syrup next to it. My bf is a big soda guy so we’ll go in and grab some grenadine for him to add to his coke or w.e., since grenadine apparently tastes better.
Hilariously, it only became legal in indiana to buy liquor on sunday very recently (like, this year), and there was an incident in which we could not buy grenadine, despite the lack of alcohol, because it was sunday and it was in the alcohol isle.
I don’t mind the isle, tbh, I find it kind of fascinating that there’s this whole world out there I know nothing about, but also have no interest in consuming. (Also I like staring at the vodka flavors and becoming irrationally angry. *I* want to drink marshmallow flavored drinks! Why is it that the only marshmallow flavored drink is vodka??!!)
Lately i’ve been wondering if the pina colada mixes and stuff include alcohol, because I love coconut+pineapple, but I haven’t checked it out. I don’t think I’d be able to buy it anyways even if it didn’t.
