Duplex

I’m listening to the couple next door fight. They fight almost everyday. 

There’s always a lot of him telling her whats wrong with her, especially when he’s drunk.

She plays along and screams until tears well; then continues to storm out the door, again.

Fuck, their front screen door won’t even latch anymore. The wind whips it open and closed throughout the night.

They blame each other constantly for their shared misery.

There should never be a constant stagnant state. Relationships should be anything but static.
