So Record Store Day was a few weeks ago and I was very excited! There were many events and sales at Record Stores all over Melbourne. What did you do for Record Store Day?

I went to help my mum at help my mum with “Record Day” with the Friendship Group for seniors in Essendon. I brought my pink record player, a bunch of my favourite records (including Dixie Jazz, Stevie Wonder, Elvis, The Sound of Music record and many others) and we played some of their favourites too (including the 2 Ronnies)! It was very fun.

I had ordered some records from my favourite record store (which happens to be online – check them out on Etsy) and I had hoped it would come in time but it didn’t. I played them all day when I got them and I got another one today in the mail!! All Marilyn Monroe records (of course)
