Reps. Ilhan Omar, Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley host a virtual GOTV rally! The Squad was joined by special guests Senator Berni...
watch AOC, ilhan omar, ayanna pressley, and rashida tlaib get out the vote with special guests including common, elizabeth warren, marc lamont hill (voting democrat for the first time in two decades!), aja monet, yara shahidi, bernie sanders!
this is worth it if only to see AOC dance!
alex has her foot on our necks with the slicked back ponytail!
As much fun as it is to watch Republicans/conservatives try to deny their hate-boners for AOC (or their straight up hatred for people like Ilhan Omar), we shouldn’t lose sight of the fact that there is another group sharpening their knives for Justice Democrats, or any up-and-coming, idealistic, ‘we need to actually stand for something beyond just being ‘Not Republicans’‘: the Democratic establishment itself.
And they’re the much bigger threat. We all expect Republicans to lose their shit for anyone to the left of Himmler, but the ostensibly liberal party of this country is in a position to do much worse to undermine and delegitimize true progressives.
Case in point: the move outlined in this video. AOC embarrassed a dyed-in-the-wool establishment Democrat by utilizing the tools of democracy itself, and now they’re moving to deny that chance to future candidates like her.
Don’t be surprised if in 2020 we see a rash of incumbent Democrats deny debates to primary challengers on the grounds that they don’t have enough financial support or unique donors or whatever.
The fantastic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar went Super Saiyan this week while destroying monstrous war-criminal Elliot Abrams, and smacked Abrams around DC until he pooped himself. His weird dong fell off too. It was legendary.
HANDS OFF VENEZUELA!!!
(By the way, I’m not really seeing any Omar gifs around yet, so I think we should represent her badassness with these ones until more become available) ;)

"I kinda don't think the organized left in America is going to survive this
I think a lot of broadly sympathetic politicians will be looking for ways to break their association with many of these groups, it’s really bad. Obviously not everyone or every group but it seems a little analogous to what the Soviet invasion of Hungary did to left parties
Also look, maybe I’m wrong, I don’t have a crystal ball. I’m certainly not saying there’s going to be some kind of broad-based electoral rejection. I’m saying it’s going to test important affiliations with mainstream groups and electeds
I don’t think that’s intrinsically ridiculous, though. This sort of thing has a history of ripping apart left-wing coalitions and a real sticking point in American leftist politics for a while now has been a noisy faction with appalling international commitments" Will Stancil
One can only hope the US and UK wake up about Leftist politics.

Ilhan Omar and close friend Miski Noor, founder of the fake BLM chapter that boosted her 2016 campaign
In December 2014, a fake Minneapolis chapter of Black Lives Matter was formed to help Ilhan Omar win her 2016 election to the Minnesota House of Representatives. Ilhan Omar knew the people behind this fake BLM chapter and openly collaborated with them from the start, helping them build a following that they would use to support her 2016 campaign and to attack her opponent in the Democratic primary.
A group called “Momentum” was behind the fake BLM chapter. Momentum bills itself as a “movement incubator” that creates astroturf protest movements (e.g., The Sunrise Movement and IfNotNow), fronts them with operatives who work for Momentum, and uses them to undermine the Democratic Party.¹ As explained at the end of this article, Momentum is affiliated with Justice Democrats, the group currently backing Ilhan Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the rest of “The Squad” in Congress.
The four leaders of Momentum’s Minneapolis BLM Chapter were Miski Noor, Kandace Montgomery, Michael McDowell and Hani Ali, all four of whom had been trained by Momentum and eventually would become Momentum trainers themselves.² Ilhan Omar is particularly close with Miski Noor who, like Omar, is a Somali-American residing in Minneapolis..."
Much more in the article. Justice Dems and new Socialists are, in a nutshell, disruptors to Democracy. There antics and talking points designed to not only give red meat to Republicans, but also constantly upset and confuse voters.
