(she briefly thinks that terezi is her only partner in crime, and always will be.)

Well it’s not as if Neku expected this place to be anything but normal. Not to mention the people he manage to see around this place. One boy can’t live an ordinary life can he. Well, it isn’t the problem. The weird problem (if that’s what he wants to call it) was the feeling of someone staring at him close by. Even with a crowd of people, why is that person choosing to stare at him only? Come on, it’s rude to stare for that long.

Neku turned over to face the... girl close by, thinking maybe she just wanted to talk to someone... but how do you even start a proper conversation. Man this is stupid. “Um... I like your shades.”
