On the list 2 is #JusticeSimler who sent my case back to EAT with #caveat before she was promoted to President Of The Employment Appeal Tribunal. Then turn around and dismissed my complaint when that shouting #Judge claimed I made up my disabilities to deny me my entitlement under the Equality Act Protected Characteristics and Act. Her Honour Justice Ingrid Ann Simler is just another glorified woman who abuse her power of authority. Want to challenge me? Came across this incident earlier in #oxfordstreet. Everyone concluded it must be a #drunk driver. Learn it was an elderly man. Now stupid #linkedin started a vendetta stopping #merveleemyers from posting because I challenge someone with their preconceived assumptions.
