Justin Yu-Ying Chou, a Taiwanese fashion designer, is renowned as Tatler Asia's Most Influential in 2022 and the man behind the official uniforms of Chinese Taipei for the 2024 Olympics. Chou’s brand, JUST IN XX 周裕穎, displays avant-garde streetwear with cutting-edge designs. As a prominent figure to represent my home country, Taiwan, Chou has simultaneously shed the spotlight on the aboriginal tribes as well. Chou’s works contributed to the fashion media to give exposure to Taiwan’s identity during the 2024 Olympics, alongside other countries and their chosen designers. Regarding any bad press in the industry, Justin Chou is continuing to live close to the vest; he has yet to be in major interviews as of 2024. Although he is collaborating with individuals and Casetify with new project launches, he is shown to be present in the fashion industry. As a fashion designer, one does not have to be a part of an ethnic group and can most definitely show appreciation towards the community and display the beauty of cultures.
