I developed a habit decades ago of checking out the charts of well known people when they are in the news. I have a very large database so 75% of the time I'll have the person's data.

There is something called the Solar Arc semi-square. It takes place sometime between the ages of 44-47. All Solar Arc positions at that time are semi-square their natal positions. It's a mid-life crisis that is similar to a Saturn Return. What happens is always based on the life being lived. I had mine when Noel Tyl asked me to teach his Course in Johannesburg! I lived there for a year. Plus, Llewellyn published my book, "The New Way To Learn Astrology." O.J. Simpson had his on the exact day of his semi-square on the day he was arrested for you know what. As you can see just from these two examples, It can be a time of major life changes!
Jessica Biehl has transiting Uranus hovering around her Descendant, obviously opposed her Ascendant. Anytime Uranus is on or square an Angle by transit or Solar Arc, it can be a time when "I want to do what I want to do because I can't be me in this situation." The situation can be a marriage, job, location one lives in, etc.
If I had these two for a consultation a year ago, I would have seen these measurements ahead and, in separate consultations, asked questions about career and marriage to see how things feel. It would have been precluded by something like, "There is something ahead in your horoscope that frequently manifests as one making a major change in life. If there is anything that you are dissatisfied with now in a big way, it is likely to magnify next year so whatever you are very dissastified with, take a hard look at it now and see what's necessary to make it right."
