Check your form each time you do them. Closed grip push-ups will work slightly differently to flat palmed ones, and it will also depend on how close or far your arms are to your body and what direction your elbows go. I'd sit down with a video on form and check yourself closely . That said, I know a few girls who really struggle to put muscle on their upper bodies , so it may just be genetic . Personally I would go for knee push-ups combined with normal ones if you can do any ������
Yeah, I can do some full out ones, but not super-low. I’ve been changing up between incline and floor ones, just to make it a little more interesting. I find ones with my arms out away from my sides to be easier than the close in ones, like chatarunga ones. I guess I’ll just keep working on it. I’ll have to do a video to check and see if maybe I’m going lower on them than I did when I first started. I’m kinda hoping maybe that’s why they aren’t getting easier.
