Tomorrow is my stepdaughter’s birthday. I can’t wait. I got her a Fugler, a sketchbook & some really nice drawing/ shading pencils. She loves drawing her own anime characters. They all have names & “stats”. Like their birthdays, astrology sign & so on. She’s a good kid. I can’t wait to see her grow up into a smart, young lady.

I can’t sleep. My mind won’t shut up tonight. Nothing seems to be working. Usually I smoke a bowl and scroll for a little while and head to bed. But I’m wise awake tonight for some damn reason. I even had a long day at work cleaning! Maybe I’ll just smoke another bowl. See if that does the trick.

I am a full grown adult. However, I cannot sleep because my childhood best friend is coming to visit for the weekend!! We’ve been texting each other ridiculous things all night. I’m far too excited to sleep!

Today I went out to get my mom her Mother’s Day gift. You know what I got on the way home? A blowout. $130 bucks later, I have a new tire. I even got up early on my day off lol Oye! What’s strange day! (Yes, I am okay)

I am literally so sick of my neighbor having his house worked on all the time. Every damn year when the weather starts to get warmer. Guaranteed there will be a construction truck outside. Not like It’s 7:50 in the god damn morning. The house has already been gutted and renovated prior to them moving in. So literally WHAT THE HELL IS IT NOW? It my damn day off too. Incase you are wondering why I’m bitching. I also hate saying this because they are really nice people. I am also bitching because I live in the city. The houses/apartments are very close together. They are currently working literally right outside my bedroom window. Whatever, I’ll just smoke another bowl about it. Pfft. Okay. Thanks for letting me rant.

Sometimes I fall asleep blogging. It’s so annoying because I end up liking/unliking a post numerous times in a row. I have a death grip on my phone and fall asleep holding down the like button. I hope to god my mutuals don’t think I’m harassing them! 😅

I love sleeping with the window open at night. There is something about the still of the night that calms me. The sudden breeze that comes rushing through. Making the curtains sway in the breeze. A little reminder of winters cold chill. Making its way into my room. Cooling into the morning light. Walking me, reminding me. A new day has begun.
