Jimmy Neutron is a very easy, absurd show to watch when you're out of spoons. I admit I watch it all the time because you don't have to really pay attention to it, and whenever you look up something weird and laughable is happening :)

Milk works great. It causes your throat to produce mucus. Hot chocolate?

I always heard you’re not meant to have milk because I’m congested as well so I think even if it’ll help the throat, it’ll make the whole nose situation a lot worse haha and yeah I’ve had hot chocolate today!

I use slippery elm bark in my tea. It looks gross but it works. And straight up honey. Or straight up ginger. Also gross but works.

Slippery who now? Haha tbh I think I’m too lazy to go and find where to guy it. I’ve eaten a whole lot of honey today not complaining and ginger sounds a bit eeeehehheehhh not too keen on that one

Have you tried honey and lemon tea? Huge spoonful of honey, squeeze a lot of lemon in (like, a lot) then top it off with boiling water. It always helps ease the pain with my sore throats.
