Car issues, huh? 🚗

Finished my morning workout, had a long swim, and decided to finally deal with the car today.

Turns out the key I have isn’t the one for the door, I don’t have a spare, and the battery is completely dead, so there was no way to get inside. And on top of that, there's a little issue where the car keeps dying on me, out on the road and everywhere. That's why it's ended up like this in the first place. Thank God for insurance.

I went to Citroën, hoping they could help, but they told me to call roadside assistance. So after sitting around at home for a couple of hours, not knowing when the truck would arrive, the big Viking tow truck finally showed up and took the car. Took 5/6 hours… trapped home..

At least I got the doors open. I’ve got fishing gear and other stuff in there that I wanted for the next few days. Tomorrow is the midsummer’s festival.. With holidays coming up, it’ll probably take longer than usual to get everything fixed. I’m also having it serviced while it’s there.

it turned out to be a completely different person than I originally spoke to. And we ended up speaking for 10-15 minutes, talking about collisions and stuff she had encountered while having the jobs. It was really interesting.

The pickup wasn’t nearly as expensive as I expected, which is nice. But I have a feeling the final bill is going to hurt. Wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up over a thousand euros. Since there was some other issues i saw aswell..

Just One of Those Days…

You know that feeling where you wake up and just know today is gonna suck? Yeah. That’s me right now. I don’t really feel like doing anything. No motivation, no energy, just a general feeling of ugh. I just wanna stay in bed, sleep for like, a century, and pretend the world doesn’t exist. But I can’t, because, of course, it’s a school day.

I already know my depression is gonna bite me in the ass today. It’s just lurking there, waiting for the perfect moment to make everything feel ten times worse. Love that for me.

Maybe I just need something to cheer me up. A funny meme. A nice comment. A sign from the universe that today won’t be as terrible as it feels right now. I don’t know. I just don’t wanna feel like this all day.

So, yeah. If anyone has anything good, feel free to throw it my way. Or just vibe with me in this no-energy, no-motivation pit of existence. Either works. 😞
