You can access it on your dashboard (on the right of each campaign’s line):

Or in the menu when you are managing a campaign:

You can request up to 3 new screenshots for one of the campaign’s creative :

Your request is then sent to our traffic team to verify is the screenshots are alright. When the screenshots are validated an email is sent to you with a zip file containing the image files. And you’re all set.
