How many Muslims are willing to actually live under Sharia? The new Taliban has implemented some things that seem problematic from a western lens but in terms of fiqh, and I’m no expert but, I imagine there is some room for certain actions they’ve taken. Now I’m not speaking on forced marriages for example but numerous other things that appear to have a base, a purpose in Islam (which I won’t rant on about here and now.) Yet, despite this, it’s Muslims of the west that are spearheading these anti Taliban / anti Sharia pro Imperialist movements.
We are threatening ourselves, other species, plants, and the entire planets existence currently. We are working toward bettering the planet I believe, but a lot of the people that cause this a good amount of environmental damage are very wealthy company owners. We all do without knowing it but some of these big business owners cause a lot of it. Some of them seem to say that Climate Change is not real. Who knows it may not but all the signs and research says it is but you never know. But then I ask what is wrong with bettering our planet even if it wasn’t struggling. They may not want to do that because it will cost a lot of time and money to make the changes that they need to make, but now I want to tell you a scenario that you may have heard before from someone, it is a very common story that talks about a frog. We have two scenarios Scenario 1. A frog is put in a boiling pot of water and immediately jumps out. Obviously because it is hot it’s a natural instinct to get out of the boiling hot water. And then.... Scenario 2. The frog is set in a room tempature pot of water, this pot is not boiling but is reaching boiling point, it slowly heats up and the entire time the frog stays in the pot, thinking it’s not increasing in temperature and if it is it’s not that hot it is bearable, as it gets hotter the frog ends up boiling himself to death not even reliazeing it or being aware of it the frog reliazed it before it was to late. The frog didn’t reliaze that the room tempature water was slowly reaching a boiling point and it was happening gradually so it was unnoticeable and that is what I worry about for our environmental issues, we are the frogs sitting in the pan not realizing that the pan is getting hotter and we need to do something before the pan reaches boiling point. This is just my opinion on the situation, it does not mean it’s true because I said it. This is just my personal opinion on the topic! #OneLove #JustSomeFoodForThought #BEHZADI https://www.instagram.com/p/B2j2LPRnxXU/?igshid=wsx2vpv0hrbn
Oh come on post nudes girl. Get naked for me. Blow me. Be sexy for me. A woman can radiate her sexiness without constantly being asked to or even pressured too. I can be sexy for you without you begging for it. That's the sexiest way.
I want to take a break from these chronological postings to touch on a particular theme in this book: Storytelling. Nearly every chapter has a reference to some character being a great storyteller. For example, in the story Flight, Joseph is told, "Uranium has a half-life of one hundred thirty-five million years," and Joseph responds to this fact by exclaiming, "Shit, I can tell you stories that will last longer than that" (225).
In the story A Train Is An Order Of Occurrence Designed To Lead To Some Result it is said that Samuel, "knew his stories had the power to teach, to show how this life should be lived. He would often tell his children and their friends, and then grandchildren's friends, those stories which could make their worlds into something better. At the very least, he could tell funny stories that would make each day less painful" (134).
Storytelling is a powerful thing on the reservation. You can imagine that before settlers introduced North America to progression, there were no computers to type, not even pencils to write. Entertainment was animated verbally and through body language. Storytelling became an important skill. As a matter of fact, storytelling accounts for a lot of history. Yes, science has revealed a lot, but it can't explain everything. Stories teach generations of ancestors past. Stories keep ancestors alive. Storytelling is tradition for this tribe and it's hard to break tradition.
High school is not all about the popular cliques and the lower social classes. I mean, being in high school and in a large high school, you don't really care for the popularity. I mean, I don't know who the "popular" people are in my school, I know some of the stoners, but then again, that's only a few.
Okay, so maybe I know who some of the "popular" people are because of homecoming and prom queens and kings, again, it's not a big deal though. You have your friends and you pretty much stick to them. And the other cliques don't really matter at that point.
Maybe that's just me though. I mean, I constantly drift from clique to clique due to my connections and because I'm some lazy smart kid in regular history who lets the popular kids copy off my crap. So, don't follow my example on that, but seriously, you could be talking to a popular person and never know, most of them actually don't care, to be honest, some of them are in smart classes and yeah.
Because high school is so big, there's not really an unity, there's kids you have never seen before and you have to wonder if they're new or not. Most of the time they are not since people around them seem to know them. And you'll be labeled.
But honestly, it doesn't matter, being popular does not matter because if you plan on going to college or to work because they are all your peers, some might be more outgoing than others, but it's not a popularity contest, get over it.
Popularity is fleeting and honestly, you shouldn't try to be that kind of person because in the end it's short-lived and what can you do with your "popularity" status in the real world? Just my two cents.
