oh yeah i know!! but i was specifically looking for things regarding the ‘universes vibrate at different frequencies’ theory that they use in the flash bc i watched supergirl & the flash crossover ep had it and so it’s fresh in my mind. xD

Even with his eyes closed, Finn could still see the bright lights of hyperspeed that had imprinted on his vision. From his position in the cockpit of the Falcon he had a front row seat to the rushing white lights, and although he was exhausted physically from the strain of the mission he and Rey had just completed, his mind was not yet ready to rest. Sitting in the copilot’s seat, his head tipped back against the headrest, legs sprawled before him, had seemed like a good alternative. A soft noise behind him drew his attention, but his eyes remained closed. He could feel Rey’s presence behind him, her warmth outshining the stars around them. 

“You should be asleep.” He said, voice low and rough. Finn’s tone was fond, though, as was his smile when he finally opened his eyes and looked back at his friend. “What’ve you got there?”

Slowly, carefully, Finn reached out to place his hand over Rey’s, making sure she had plenty of time to move if she didn’t want to be touched. There was an exhausted edge to her tone; a bone-deep tiredness that he’d never seen in her before. Nevertheless, he was going to give her everything she asked for and more.

“Let’s go somewhere.” He suggested, tone bright and brimming with promise. “Someplace green and warm where you don’t have to worry about anything other than, than, picking the right place to watch the sunset, or what type of fruit you want to eat that day. Please, Rey. Come with me.”

Hey, just a message for everyone trying to listen to vilibertatis's wonderful audio post - audio on the dash is gungy, but if you got to the post on her blog it works fine! ( I love your voice acting by the way <3 Nice job! )

It was about 4 in the morning when the phone rang. It was less than a week since Rey had left Willow in the care of Kylo and Alice, and things had already gone south.

Kylo startled awake as his phone buzzed on the nightstand beside him. He made sure Alice was still awake before slipping out of bed to answer it in the hallway. “Hello?” he asked, bleary from sleep.
