hi! regarding your cherryverse theme, i can't seem to access the link to change the cherry icon. i've tried disabling my ad blocker but i still can't see it :(

is that the honeybee font was discontinued, and in its place, sol (suiomi, creator of the font), released cappuccicons. the link to the new source is this one. the cherryverse code has already been modified to support this font

hello! i am using your cherryverse theme and i really love it, thank you so much for sharing it :D i was wondering, is there any way to move the controls on the bottom of the page (the gear icon) to the top of the page? again thank you so much!

ok, i'm going to edit both the gear button and the tumblr controls too, so they'll all be on top and on the right. first, paste the following code above {customcss}.

.open-controls{top:20px; right:20px; position:fixed;}

now, let's adjust the tumblr controls. search for .iframe-controls--desktop {, and you will see this code

change bottom:20px; to top:20px; and where is left bottom, change to right top

Hey there! First of all, thank you so much for your themes! They're really awesome, I love the aesthetic! ♥

Now, a tiny question for the cherryverse theme: I created images to attach to ask-replies to perfectly fit the 540px dimension, so there's zero quality loss on a dashboard - but within your theme and the padding of 30 px, it gets shrinked on the actual blog and therefore, gets a little blurry (which hurts my perfectionism 🤣) - I tried removing the padding, but that'll ofc cause the text smooch the borders... is there any way to show pictures in replies with 100 % width?

hey! i'm using your cherryverse theme (which is gorgeous btw!!) and i just want to let you know that the grid icon just refreshes the page, not sure if it was supposed to go to /archive or not. also, is it possible for when you're in the /tagged/[tag] page the box that tells you how many posts there are in that tag only appears at the top instead of in between each post? and one last thing, i swear, is there a way to fix the pagination button on the bottom? 😅

1- yes, it was supposed to link to archive page laaklslak. if you don’t know how to change it, search  <nav class="sidebar-links">, go to the last link (where’s the grid icon) and replace {blogurl} with /archive.

2- me dumb again. please, cut the following code snippet and paste it above {block:posts}.

3- pagination button was coded to be fixed. if you’re referring to this, there’s no bug.

anyway, i updated the code. so if you don’t want to update it by yourself, you can reinstall cherryverse by the same link.

Hello! Thank you so much for making such beautiful themes! I'm currently using this one and the link for changing the short text icon that you provided in the post doesn't work anymore :( is there any other way i can change the icon? thank you!

(it was my mistake. i ended up forgetting to post an update talking about changing icons)

now honeybee font has been replaced by cappuccicons. the way to change the icon is the same, just copy the code (the one \xxxx below the name) and paste it in the corresponding field

hi! i'm sorry to bother but I was looking at the post for your cherryverse theme (it's gorgeous!) and where it says "to change the cherry icon, you need to access this link" the link doesn't seem to be working. any alternative? thank you<3

hi!! i hadn't seen that sol removed her blog domain. anyway, just access this link. the font is different (and the theme has already been updated for it), but the logic to change the icon is the same

hi, thanks so much for answering my last ask. i wanted help changing the link icons. On my blog they're the ones titled home, resources, wcif, faq & ask, downloads and, stories, they currently have a chain icon. I hope this helps.

ooh, ok. these links are using pseudo-classes to show those icons.

find .sidebar-menu a::before{ and delete content:'\e882';. now is the most complex part, because you have to set a icon to each link, separately.

let's use .sidebar-menu a:nth-of-type(number)::before{content:'/xxxx')}. copy and paste it above /* search */ as many times as you need.

number represents the number of your link, and /xxxx is the code of the icon you are going to use. change number to 1, 2, 3 (like, home is the first link so you will put 1, stories is the sixth and you put 6). and to change the icon, acess this page, copy the code of the icon you want to use and replace /xxxx with this.
