20. Are you starting to realize anything?

Ooh this is a difficult one! I’ve had a pretty good day and right now I realize that life is actually pretty nice, but as soon as I write that I feel my brain go [hnnnngggg error sounds]. But yeah if most days could feel like today - where I have energy and things like getting out of bed feel relatively easy - life would be nice!

And on a more broader ‘all of me’ level, I think it’s slowly starting to feel like A is okay. But this, too, creates some chaos in my brain 😂

So now I’m realizing that brains are difficult!
