What do Indians love to eat most? Chaat. And when you grow up eating chaat you always have a craving for it. Here I was eating a kachori aloo chaat loaded with chopped potato mixed in chutneys both sweet and spicy, some yogurt and garnished with pomegranate seeds, coriander and tangy chat masala and I missed her. The only thing left b/w this food and I were my thoughts where I was thinking had she been here she would've loved how every bite tantalizes each taste on your pallete. Just yummy! (P.S.
