It is NOT a spark, it is chemically engineered. Despite it's complicated core structures, they are actually fairly easy to make. Apparently they were once used as a trap for Con. They would detect multiple spark signatures on their scanners and walk right into a trap. Ratchet is making some more right now. 8D

It's alright Smokey! I will find you SOMEthing to eat. Can't give you a spark but I might be able to get Ratchet to cook up something that has the some ionic properties.
