I just finished Kagekidan Infinity. The entire 1:49:51 of it that I found as an English subbed avi (if anyone wants it, is 1.81 Gb and a well seeded torrent). I have to say, I like musicals so I'm partial to the genre. But, being used mostly to Broadway/West End style I was a little doubtful about... idk... some kind of cultural difference? Luckily it's a very modern setting for a very universal story. That I enjoyed quite a lot. Almost as much as the dancing bones interlude... Oh, btw, (1/3)

what surprised me the most was the ending on a happy note: probably another production would have chosen to finish a few minutes before, with the voiceover. Also Ruka, aside from being attractive to the brink of distraction (don't you know that I need to read the subtitles, woman?), is the extraest character I've ever seen. Like, dramatically posing 100% of the time? And I kind of lost it in the end at the "Because we can definitely meet again" line(s). They might as well stabbed me a few times... Anyway, that was an unforeseen way to pass the Sunday evening, so thank you for sharing the existence of this. And the other story. That's unlikely and I'm not the romantic type but if someone ever presents me with a blue rose, I'll probably melt.

And I can relate. I don’t even like flowers that much, I don’t care about them at all but blue roses man. This musical completely changed the way I see blue roses. Again, might be because of the song (which is badass, like come on! it’s so good. such a good song omg. go download the full version somewhere). But I’m really glad you liked it! I love musicals and this is definitely my favorite but I rarely have anyone to share it with, no one seems to appreciate them. So thank you for trusting my weird taste and watching it! ♥

Anyways, if anyone wants to watch an awesome Japanese musical, go find a torrent for Kagekidan infinity, it’s the shit. You won’t be disappointed. It’s gay and romantic af, Also, Sayaka Akimoto with an awesome hairstyle and a tie kills me every time.
