Dimmy reduces people’s presence to that of a shadow, making them gray and ghostlike. He mostly says, “It’s okay, don’t worry about me,” so when others are inspirited by him, they say that too. He evolves into Blandon at level 24.

Technique: Whirlwind (POW: 20, ELEM: wind)

Soultimate: Did You See Me? (POW: 80) - strong but dull slap that can cancel a foe’s Soultimate

Inspirit: Fade Away - makes an ally invisible to foes

Game Bio: Being Inspirited by Dimmy will tone down your presence. Dimmy uses this for his job as a ninja.
