I've recently made a few themes that I'd like to make available. I was wondering if there are any specific rules and issues I should address before making them available?
It's important that you include what's important to you as the maker. If you don't want the credit removed or moved to a separate page, be sure to include that. What I include on my theme posts are the following things:
size of the sidebar/header
number of links
credit for the background/graphics
amount the user is allowed to edit (for me it's as much as they want)
whether or not they can redistribute
whether or not they can remove or move the credit
to please like/reblog the post if they are using the theme
to message me if they have questions
If you want to include any more or less than that, it's up to you!
