I’ve ordered the supplies and I hope I’ll be able to start working on these from the middle of February (too late for st Valentine’s, shit)

Meanwhile, I’ve studied a bit how to create essential oil combinations, so these are the new fragrances I chose for the soaps:

Levi: bergamot, lavender and pine = intense and refreshing

Erwin: ginger, rose and sandalwood = warm and spicy

Eruri: Frankincense, neroli and grapefruit = warm, sweet and spicy

I’ll have to actually try them out when I get them, because I’ve worked just theory so far

What kind of insects are safe for hedgies, and where can you buy them? My hedgie turns her nose up at every fruit and veggie ive offered her, but she loves her insects and biscuits.

There are a lot of various feeder insect websites, but Rainbow Mealworms is my favorite one! You can get…

- mealworms- dubia roaches- crickets- waxworms- maggots- hornworms- superworms- red earthworms (red wigglers)- phoenix worms

Some other insects you can get & where:

- grasshoppers (canned)- snails (canned)- silkworms (expensive, but a few websites sell)- silkworm pupae (canned)- mealworm pupae & beetles (raise yourself)- superworm pupae & beetles (raise yourself)- other types of roaches (there are more varieties sold on other sites, RM only sells dubias)- isopods (sold as cleaner crew, might be too small to really bother with, but very high in calcium)- dermestid beetles (also quite small, also THEY FLY)

That’s everything I can think of & know of - I’ve tried all of these with Bindi except for superworm pupae & beetles, non-dubia roaches, isopods, and dermestid beetles. Superworms freak me out, so I just froze them. XD Haven’t ordered any other roaches, never got around to trying isopods with her (though I still might), and the dermestids took the apartment by storm & I lost any interest in trying to feed them, I just wanted them DEAD.

Not boring, just an adult. Puppies have toys just for that reason, to bugger off and leave mama alone. He’ll settle down when he figures out that he doesn’t need to impress you.

he won’t leave me to play with his toys, he’s very literally attached to my hip. he won’t even eat unless you sit with him by the bowl. so i’m stuck with boring him i’m afraid lmao
