How would Kahula react to their manager trying to pull that shit with the MC to get them to dump Kahula?

But interfering with someone they care deeply about so their image can be untainted is just vile for them. How exactly could Kahula’s manger try to break them and the MC up?

Spreading misinformation and rumors mainly. He can't forcibly break the two of you up with how headstrong Kahula can be and how deeply they feel for people they care about. He will be mainly target you by bringing up any scandals and dalliances Kahula had before meeting you and generally anything negative about them. They can't get Kahula to break up with you so they settled for breaking your trust in them and thinking badly of them. This might work or might not.
