How do you edit your TS3 screenshots? They are so bright! And I love it❤️

i use @womrats action  and then I add on Clean & Clear by @kaleekalo! pretty simple :-)

Guys, I agree, so much. Unfortunately, I know the neighbors well enough that I can’t pretend to feign ignorance about who she belongs to. And the residents have been here almost a year and, if the home owner ‘wins’ the house in his divorce, I imagine they’ll continue renting from him.

Judy was in my backyard for six hours before I finally texted the owner again, asking if she would be home anytime soon. She replied “I won’t. Can you just put her back in my yard?” So, she KNEW Judy was in my yard (I mean, I told her she was, but she remembered) and she didn’t think to mention how late she would be home earlier. Or ask me if I had plans. My husband is on duty today and wanted me to drive up to bring him something. Couldn’t go. Not to mention, she already escaped from the yard once. I didn’t have much of a choice though because my dogs needed to be able to use their yard. So I took Judy back and secured the post as tight and deep as I could. Hopefully it stays until the owner gets back “late tonight”, whatever that means.

What really, really upsets me was that she planned on leaving her dog, all day, out in the sun and heat with no shelter and, from what I could tell when I went in, no food or water either. Animal Control closed not too long after I initially contacted the owner and they’re closed tomorrow. If she escapes again, she’s staying in my yard until I contact an official. Because this stuff has got to stop.

Until TS4 I was primarily a builder. I raised a baby to child in TS2 just to see how hard it was, and attempted to play a couple household when I first got TS3, but I’m not sure why it never went anywhere. Maybe I had more of a real life then, although, I highly doubt it.

Anywho, once I went back to TS3 in ‘17 I wanted to commit to live mode. When I started A Farming Town I relied heavily on custom lots so I didn’t have to take as much time building from scratch. The home lot featured in the first half of this series is an altered version of Luvalphvle’s McCreary Farm (over on Modthesims.info). I went with an altered abandoned farm challenge and covered the place in weeds, added broken and boarded windows (also cc), trash heaps, removed walls and floorboards, covered the walls and abandoned items with dingy patterns and cobwebs (either store items or cc), did my best to make it look run down as the images above show.

Since Conquer’s backstory is that he’s been on his own travelling since he was a teen, I didn’t have him start off with just the run down farm and sleeping bag as I have seen in some Let’s Plays. Instead, I relied on @aroundthesims’ TS3 Caravan and Camping Stuff (over on the aroundthesims3 website). That way Conquer (also pictured) could have quick meals, a place to store gathered foods, and still take care of his hygiene.

The images reflect this series’ main sim arriving to his inherited farm in @kaleekalo Riverview. To make Conquer’s land seem more isolated, and to make things easier on my pc, I altered the save even further, removing some households, some houses, and replacing some buildings with others. I can’t say I remember all the changes, but will try to note them to credit creators.
