I’m not an hugde fan of kale either, that’s why I didn’t use so much =P But this drink is actually quite delicious! Like earthy coconut water, with a hint of nuts. If you’re unsure about the taste you can always use less kale. After I blended my drink, I aso added some frozen kale to the mixture, for a nice, cold effect. Or add a splash of rum, like in the watermelon juice! Rum makes everything taste nice.
