HAHA. I remember watching the movie with my sister when we were younger. I think her name was Tibby, right?
spookykangaroo reblogged your post and added: I’m working on a super boring and frustrating calculus assignment, so seeing this recipe really cheered me up! It looks quite easy to make, and also healthy, so if i can get the ingredients tonight I’m definitely going to make it for dinner! (I’ve been eating too much poutine because theres a poutine shop literally three doors away from my house lol) Thanks for sharing your brilliant cooking ability with all of us!! :)
It’s super easy to make! You only need a pan and a bowl, and some sort of blender, or just use a normal fork to mush up the vegetables! I’m also a student who lives by myself in a big, scary city, and I try to make all the recipes simple to make with ingredients that are easy to find. Thank you so much for kind words dearie =) you’re always so kind to me! And now I’m sitting here in a dark apartment, blushing my cheeks of from the comment “brilliant cooking” I’m glad I cheered you up! Good luck on your assignement, and bon apetit!
spookykangaroo said: eeeeeeppppp!!! As a university student who owns 0 souffle moulds, do you think it would be ok to use a miffin pan? lol
Yes, you can make souffles in a muffin pan, that would be completely fine dearie! =) Just make sure to grease it well, so you can get the souffles out of the mold ;) or wait until you visit your mother. Molds for creme brulee works fine too, or small pie molds, in case your mother doesn’t have souffle molds. And by the way, if you didn’t get my last message regarding measurements, yes, 1 dl is the same as 100 ml.

spookykangaroo said: how does it actually taste? i’m kindof wary of kale lol
I’m not an hugde fan of kale either, that’s why I didn’t use so much =P But this drink is actually quite delicious! Like earthy coconut water, with a hint of nuts. If you’re unsure about the taste you can always use less kale. After I blended my drink, I aso added some frozen kale to the mixture, for a nice, cold effect. Or add a splash of rum, like in the watermelon juice! Rum makes everything taste nice.
I just came to your blog and found out its your birthday! So have a great day!! :)
