So my eldest sister and her children came to visit recently and my niece wanted to try on my helmet.  

It’s a different look from the traditional uniform, but I dig it.

I do! 

and it helps with the grinding, but makes the clenching worse, because I can’t feel that I’m doing it

mostly I’ve figured out how to balance the two, but it’d be nice if I could avoid the jaw pain altogether :P
