Tanjong Rhu Bridge The Tanjong Rhu Bridge was officially opened on 4 August 1998. The bridge is suspended by 100 one-inch-thick hangar cables and attached to two main cables. These two cables are anchored to a 19-metre-high “A”-frame located at both ends of the bridge.
