I know you’re on a hiatus but I just want to tell you that I frickin love your Ringo fics and I routinely come back to reread them every so often. Embraceable You is by far one of my favorites of all time 💛

cas this has absolutely made my day :) it’s been hard getting back into writing with uni absolutely killing me but sometimes i’ll come back and just look at y’all’s comments and reblogs and things and.... it makes my life just that much more bearable. thank you, cas, and everyone that still follows my rather dead acc!

i do wanna start writing again but i’m not sure what or how. i was thinking about starting a personal lil blog where i post things about my day, poetry (i write quite a bit of it), and other creative projects... would anyone be interested in that at all? i’d like to do it regardless of interest because writing can be cathartic but... i dunno, i’m just trying to love writing again. thanks to everyone who’s made my journey so fun :))))

i’m so sorry i’ve been absent for so long. ever since a month into the pandemic, i’ve just felt so cooped up that i’ve tried to completely distance myself from social media and be productive in different areas... hence the months of radio silence.

i don’t know if i’m 100% going to start writing again, but i just looked at all my notifs and likes and your comments on my fics and 🥺🥺🥺 y’all make me so happy? yknow? makes me wanna go back to the writing desk

I just wanted to say that I have read “embraceable you” so many times it’s ridiculous

ahdjkslfkdnana samslslskd!!!! I’m glad!! I legit spent weeks writing it because I wanted to get the sweet comfort/love-making right. Hopefully it’s an accurate portrayal... I’m just weak for light, fluffy, and not-too-serious sex and I feel like it’s not written enough! Sex doesn’t have to be hot and sexy and porn-like. I love how intimacy can be silly too

lil update

hello lovely beatle people! in case you haven’t noticed, i’ve been having a bit of a dry spell with my writing lately. you’d think that, since i’m stuck home with nothing to do every day, i would have lots of time to write... but this seems not to be the case.

i’m in awe of how much support i’ve gotten since posting my first fic here just a few months ago... there are almost 450 of you! and i know that’s not a huge amount but all your comments and likes and dms have been incredible. but with so many people reading my stuff, i get in my head a bit that my writing is a product and if i don’t deliver, people will be angry. obvs this isn’t true! i think all writers, though, at some point start feeling like they owe something to their readers

i’m taking a lil break from writing so i can start loving it again. it’s nothing to do with y’all--in fact, your enthusiasm is what motivates me! but i’m gonna do some other things for a bit: read some books, play guitar, take walks, etc to recharge. i’ll probably be posting a lot of art since i’m getting into drawing! hopefully you’ll like what i do, or at least that it won’t horribly offend your eyes :D

this isn’t a big deal or like a serious post haha, i just tend to word vomit. my inbox is still open for your stories, questions, and silly submissions! and my dms are always open if you wanna chat about anything--aliens, john deacon, your day... nothing is off limits.

I can’t listen to the original version of the long and winding road (I mean without the orchestra) without getting teary eyed bc his struggle is so clear in this song and makes us look back at their early days...😭 So do you have any songs by the Beatles that make you emotional?

there are some that do! when i first heard i’m so tired i was driving in the early morning and i almost cried. partly bc mood but also john’s emotion in that song is incredible. within you without you also makes me sad yet hopeful—the line “life flows on within you without you” in particular. the whole song is really so introspective and beautiful

also, free as a bird. for obvious reasons. makes me wanna bawl my eyes out
