Ingredients: 200g cream cheese. 100g kamaboko Japanese fish cake. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 green onion, finely chopped. 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix until smooth. Dice the kamaboko into small pieces and add it to the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the chopped green onion. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.
