Okay so this was written over a few days, I did try to make it flow better but it still might read a bit odd.
What if Wawen didn't die? What if by some odd miracle his fall was soften by leaves and vines like Neytiri's fall? Or what if his ikran, injured as it was, found enough strength to save its rider just long enough to set him safely on the ground?
He's found after the battle by other survivors, but because of how grievous his wounds are and how he hit the floating island he has to slowly relearn how to walk and move once his body heals enough for movement. Alongside that the Trr'ong clan was massacred by the RDA and it leaves him believing that So'lek didn't survive too, so as he heals he makes a vow that he will do everything he can to ensure that young warriors do not meet the same fate as his mentee. He joins the resistance as a way to help in that regard mostly since the Omaticaya clan is close to the Resistance.
He hears about the happenings of the west from other recon scouts, the establishment of the Resistance there, the rescue of the Sarentu, the spires, and sky breaker. When he hears about the burning of the Kinglor forest his heart breaks with those around him, but the news also brings him hope because he hears So'lek's name again for the first time since the battle. The young man he thought had been lost in the Hallelujah mountains is alive, and if what he hears is true he's angry at the taking of the Sarentu, Tamtey.
After the smoke physically and metaphorically clears he volunteers to go check in on the Western Frontier, a request that his branch happily grants. It takes him some time to get to the Western Frontier, since after the battle of the Hallelujah mountains he never felt ready to bond again with a different ikran.
He meets with the Kame'tire, and the Zeswa who tell him tales of what their region has been facing and had just gone through. He makes his way to the Resistance and the Aranahe who all report the same thing. He even meets the four Sarentu, Nor, Teylan, Rasi and their Tsahik Ri'nela, who pause when they take him in, curious glances shared between the four but none elaborate as to why. He asks about their newest member and Olo'eyktan but all he gets are shrugs and the news that they have not seen the two in some weeks.
It's not what he wanted to hear but what can he do? So, instead of wallowing in despair he decides that the trip may as well serve as break from all the fighting. He starts to go around the camps learning new things, hearing new gossip; he even becomes good friends with Kin and Relun. When he finally meets "The Sarentu" it's when hes visiting the Kinglor Forest.
When he meets Tamtey he thinks she's just an ordinary na'vi. She's in the river up to her hips, her back is to him but he can just peek the tiny flailing limbs of a baby in her arms as their mother tries to bait some fish closer with her tail.
He starts to leave them to their privacy when the screeching of a very angry ikran has him ducking. The beast swooping only inches above him and landing between him and duo. When he looks up he sees: the angry and clearly over protective ikran, the woman coming out of the water, and the mark beneath her eye the baby in her arms has one to match. Finally after calming her ikran they greet each other, she doesn't tell him her babies name though. He does notice that she looks at him with a strange look just like the others did but be doesn't want to be rude and point it out.
Instead they greet one another and having heard about the other from other na'vi they get to talking like two ordinary people to the point that enough time passes that it's starting to get dark. It's then that they hear another ikran screech from above them and it's call answered by hers.
Wawen stands frozen beside Tamtey as he watches Iley land, So'lek jumping from her back. The young warrior he once new is gone, now in front of him is seasoned warrior, lines of age beginning to mark his face if only just lightly, he has scars he didn't before, even the look in his eyes and the way he carries himself have changed.
The two men meet is a tight embrace there's no pause to take the other in more than they have, they hug in such a tightness almost as if scared that the other will vanish, they cry their regrets and sorrows each apologizing for not looking more thoroughly, for accepting the other death, and they rejoice that they were so wrong.
"Look at you, my brother. You have changed so much, you're grown now how it saddens me to have missed so much." He says holding So'leks face.
"I could say the same to you brother, but you have not missed everything. Like the humans like to say "better late then never"; ma Tamtey He calls towards who had stepped away to give them privacy.
When she nears he can now the knowing look in her eyes; she'd known who he was and what him being there meant long before he even knew her. She smiles and greets him again more genuinely and familiar then their earlier meeting.
They tell him their story, how its truly happened, not the exaggerations told by others. How they met in the TAP facility, So'lek becoming a kind of mentor, the spires, and skybreaker, even the events with the Mangkwan. He even learns that it was Tamtey who had to start courting his mentee since the man was adamant that she did not see him as more an event that had started before her kidnapping. No one knew but by that time the two were newly bonded and as they had shortly discovered already expectant parents.
That's when he looks at the baby more thoroughly he shares his mother's eyes and her smile, his markings unique to himself, and to Wawens delight he has So'leks glare a discovery made when a Shimmyfly lands on him. When he asks about his name he's met with Tamtey settling the baby in arms and like the surprises he's been met with since he arrived they surprise him even more.
"I wanted him to have a name he could always be proud of." So'lek tells him and he holds Tamtey as if to ground himself.
"Wawen meet your uncle." It's her that says it as So'lek is looking at his mentor and bother for approval. Wawen the senior doesn't know what to do but to cry in happiness.
Just imagine Wawen still living and meeting So'lek years later, the boy he once new is now grown, a more than respected warrior, he's bonded and a father to boot. Just imagine his reaction to learning So'lek and Tamtey had names their son, their firstborn after him, Wawen becoming an uncle to their son and honorary member of the Sarentu. Maybe even a few years later he's asked by them to be their son's mentor too.
A/N: I might do a third one... Not proofread. I need some HC to inspire more fics. Do any of you guys have any favorites? I have so many fics written out but not finished due to struggling to really grasp their personality.
Teylan thought for hours which turned into days, about how to get you two even in the same room again. It always seemed that when he had one half, the other was leaving. It was beginning to frustrate the young Na'vi. The day it came to him he was tinkering with sky people's cool tech, he almost dropped the delicate metal. He is going to fake am emeregncy! Sure it might not be smart nor original but in the long run after all is forgiven you two will be happy together, all thanks to his courageous act!
He grabs his trusty tablet, recording his plan out loud, to come to later in order to revise.
"Ok ok— I have a plan to bring Okul and Y/n together! They dance around each other so weirdly and it makes me upset that they do not talk." He pauses, thinking if he should really do this but he releases a dignified huff. No he must do this, for his friends!
"Y/n is always busy, they don't allow themselves to feel! They are always off helping Tamtey, they are barley home now. Okul visits quite often but I think they are getting tired of my voice. Every time I look over their gaze and mind are elsewhere. They ask about Y/n so often I think it might be all they think of now.
Anyways, my plan—yes. There is a mission coming up soon and Y/n jumped right on it. They're flying solo this time but I insisted that I join, just to you know—gather more tech! Tamtey is going to be out with Anufi from the Kame'tire clan, gathering more intel on Harding and her activity in the clouded forest. Okul has to be joining them of course. So with Y/n and I out on the mission, I am going to lie and tell them that we are surrounded by RDA and need help! When we get back alive and well, hopefully it will trigger Okul to finally talk to Y/n!"
He stops his recording already feeling victorious. He stashes his tablet away, surveying the area to make sure no one heard. In the clear, he slips away from his hiding spot ready to set his plan into action.
Greenery has grown over the destroyed RDA depot. Pandora is healing but the scars still remain, just as yours. You fight the urge to scratch your back free of the scab from the scar on your back. You roll your head with an annoyed groan. Teylan missteps accidentally stepping on the back of your heels.
"Teylan—" You hiss, glaring back at the nervous Sarentu.
"Oh! Sorry sorry…" He feels as if he could fold in on himself. The days leading up he felt very confident that this would work but now he worries that he will get in trouble. He swats at his twitchy ears, irritated that they always show when he is anxiously hiding a secret.
The area seems peaceful and truly abandoned but one should always be aware of their surroundings. Every sound, every creek has you looking over your shoulder in suspicion. Teylans recklessness isn't helping the case. He quickly broke off to find some computer terminals that he caught onto using SID. You being left alone to gather whatever it was So'lek yearned for. As you comb through forgotten files of important names, your ears flick to the sound of one those dragon ships. Hard and rough landing of heavy machinery dropping near by and doesn't sound like it's one or two.
You crouch quickly as you scope the area. Eyes widening at the sight as dread began to set. Your hands reach for the comms,
"Teylan, where are you?"
You are only met with the scratchy distorted sounds. A deep scowl presses into your cheeks as you comm to the rest of the resistance.
"We've come in to contact with RDA. What is so important out this site?"
Voices echo through the comms as other try to figure out the explanation but all fall to deaf ears as you slowly and carefully make your way to Teylans last known whereabouts. With you back pressed against a metal crate you peek over, there he is. Held against his will, hands in the air as he begs for his life. Their guns pointed at his face as they taunt him and try to get him to fuss out some information. I reach back for my arrows. Steadying my gaze on the AMP suits weak points. Pulling back into the string fights be back, eager to release. When I do, the AMP explodes as the human inside cries out in pain before falling limp. Teylan scammers back, eyes scanning the area but you've already moved. Taking down the humans without the suits were easy enough. All the going well, hiding in the shadows until heat and pain aches from the side of your thigh. Glancing down, red begins to paint your leg, making you duck behind a pillar.
"I've been hit. Teylan where are you." I yell into the comms. You can hear the last AMP suit come closer, Bullets wiz past your spot, ricocheting off the wall and onto the floor. You lean your head against the pillar, silent prayer leaving your lips meant only for Eywa. You reach for your last arrow, pushing yourself away from the pillar into the open ready to fire at the AMP.
A thunderous thump causes you stop as you watch the machine fall to the floor, defeated. You lower your bow hesitantly as Teylan stares back you, equally roughed up.
"Tey-" Your words falter as the Na'vi collapses, unconscious.
"Teylan!" You scramble forward, scanning him.
"What is wrong? Teylan!" Your hands move on their own, pushing his belt out of the way to check his stomach, his back, until you find it. A wound on the top of his head. Fingers pressing on the comms once again.
"We are coming back."
You struggle between carrying Teylans unconscious body to Wo'ni and Ada and avoiding too much pressure on my dripping leg. Pushing Teylan to rest over Wo'ni's back you call for Ada to follow. You're vision becoming blurry with tiny black dots making you squint to see properly but nothing you did helped stop the dot from appearing bigger. Once back at the Resistance base, people are waiting out the front of the cave, worry covering their faces as they watch Wo'ni land exhausted almost flattening onto the rocky ground after having to carry your pain. You can't tell what is happening as hands reach out touching, dragging, pulling at the two of you from her back. You didn't realize it till now but another bullet had hit the same side of your injured leg but lodging into your stomach.
You weren't sure how you were still alive but Eywa kept you safe. One last glance towards the cloudy skies a familiar green and blue face looms over yours, eyes wide and desperate. Words leave their lips but it doesn't reach your ears before you close your eyes, lost to the pain. Distorted is how you feel when you finally wake again. Familiar cold and hard rock fills your vision. You must be laying on your back because you look to side and see Teylans frame, his chest still rises and falls. He will be ok. You relax just a touch but it vanishes when you catch onto something scraping the floor. You attempt to sit up but a warm hand stops you, pushing you down. You grunt, feeling the sores from your wounds, begging you to stop moving.
"You cannot be serious."
It makes you stop any movement. You look down the hand follow past to the arm connected to..
"Okul?" You croak, throat very dry after so much time spent sleeping. They only scoff as they come closer to push you back to rest but before they do that they fluff the pillow to support your head better. They suck their teeth, fussing over the pillow, carefully guiding your head to a comfortable spot. Smoothing your hair out of your face.
"I will grab you water. Stay here, if I see you've moved even a hair, I will finish you myself." With that they whip away and leave the room. You're back to staring at the boring ceiling. You desperately want to look over at Teylan just to be sure he is truly ok but their threat seemed serious. Fingers toying with the sheets of the cot. You allow the damp cold air to fill your lungs, the feeling of the tape attached to your skin that hold the gauze close. The sounds of feet slapping against the rocky floors near, tearing your gaze from the boring grey stone to them.
They say nothing as they reach to help you sit up and feed you water with their empty hand. Watching intently as the water disappears into your cracked lips. When you finish you lick your lips satisfied and open your mouth to speak but they simply lift a finger to stop you as they shift away to Teylan. You sit up now, watching them wring out an old cloth with new water before placing it back on Teylan's head.
"Are you ok?" Your voice is already improving. Hands moving from the cot to tinkering with your hair as they move facing their back to you. They don't reply right away but their tail catches your eye. The way it flicks and thrashes in the air, tells you everything you need to know.
"I apologize if we scared you all. We hadn't expected sky people to be near."
Okul doesn't respond instead their ear flicks. They're listening. They can't respond. If they do, it won't be of a sane mind. They had accompanied Tamtey and Anufi on their little excursion, not wanting to miss out on any lessons from their Tsahik but hearing your rushed and panicked voice crackle through Tamtey strange tech made them zero in. They stood around the resistance HQ, waiting to hear any updates. They watched as the humans ran around scrambling for explanations, dealing with the demands of So'lek and Tamtey. Then they heard your voice once more.
'I've been hit…'
It echoed in their memories as their gaze finally breaks from the chaos to the sound box your voice came from. They couldn't help but grip the strange machine, wiggling it hoping your voice would sound through the mesh. You couldn't do this, they needed to see you again. To tell you how they feel. How they've fallen madly in love with your exhausted face. They've lingered for who knows how long, helping prep for your potential arrival. The others have been sent out to search for you two but when the sound of a familiar fierce Ikran echoes in the cave all movement stopped. They watched you, slide from Wo'ni's back with Teylan's senseless body in tow. You crumbled to the floor, legs giving out. The blood that covered your body was dark and thick like paint. They were quick to move their feet, wrapping their arms around your body as they tugged you with everything they had to the healers tent.
You have barely healed the large scar and here you are throwing yourself into another battle. After the pair was cleaned up, they could stare in frustration and worry. Why must you be like this? Why did you care so little about giving yourself time to relax? Their hand carefully slips into yours as you sleep unaware of the life around you. You had twitched and moaned softly in your sleep causing them to let go immediately and create distance between the two of you, much to their dismay. That's when you awoke.
Now, they can't even bother looking at you right now. Not when you act like a confused deer after trying to get yourself killed. No apology could fix your injuries, or make them look at you. After placing the cold rag on Teylan's head they leave the room to grab you more water. They roughly grab a pitcher and pour the liquid into the cup. Face screwed tight, nose scrunched up and mouth twisted into a deep frown. The pitcher slams into the table causing a few heads to turn their way. They can feel the heat of their stares but they ignore them, who they can't ignore though is the soft hand on their shoulder. They growl softly,
"If that is you little warrior I swear." They turn ready to scold you but pause, brow muscle raised to see Tamtey. The glass of water almost slips from their grip as their attitude flips.
"Sarentu, what is the matter?"
"You are…tense." She states the obvious, taking the glass from their tight grip.
"Perhaps I should take this to Y/n. By your reaction I take that they are trying to move already." She laughs softly but it turns into a small smile.
"Take a break. You've done so much for us."
Okul hesitates but shakes their head stubbornly while reaching for the water again.
"No. I will take this to them."
It comes off short and sharp despite their frazzled expression, but it doesn't catch the Sarentu off guard. She raises the glass away from them with a more pointed stare.
"I will. Go eat." Her voice is gentle but affirmative. They stand still, hand still reaching out wondering if they should actually listen to her but the quirk in her brow tells them she won't give up. A slow nod makes a smile appear on her lips as she shoos them away, taking the water pitcher with her. They slump onto a seating mat, fiddling with their loincloth as they wait for food to finish cooking. Their mind runs wild as they think about you, how you must feel. They regret leaving so quickly and cutting you off. They hope you aren't upset with them now. What if you never want to talk to them again? Do you hate them now?
They quickly shove the rest of their food into their mouth before speed walking back towards the healers tent. They haphazardly wipe their mouth off, as they slip inside. Head poking around the corner to see you sitting up, cup of empty water in hand. They watch as you stare at the pitcher but how you make no movement to grasp it concerns them.
"Let me get that for you." They call out causing you to flinch at their sudden appearance. You watch them pour into your glass with no words exchanged. Okul can't help but finally get a good look at your face. You look distant, tired even after a long rest.
"What is wrong? Are your injuries still causing pain?" They kneel down to look closely at the perfectly dressed wounds but you place your hand in between their view and you bandages.
"No… I-" You struggle to finish your sentence as you turn your face away from them. Emotion overwhelming your senses as your throat tightens like barbed wire. They stare at your shielded state and rest their hand over yours.
"Y/n. This isn't your fault." They gently whisper but it doesn't stop the memories of losing everything you've ever known to fill you r head with doubts.
"Eywa has mistaken my life's path with an others." You murmur, pulling away from them. You're words makes them furrow suspiciously as they only curl closer to you, half of their body resting on the cot with you as their hand trails the curve of your cheek to pushing a stray piece of hair behind your ear.
"That is not true." They combat but your shoulders only sink further.
"But it is, Okul. I was meant to die with my family. The scar on my back is proof of it." You shrug their hand off as you seal yourself away from them. They don't respond, simply stuck on watching you as you wallow in self pity. A tear slips down your cheek, that was enough to break them from the silence they created.
"Enough." Thumb coming to swipe at the tears you shed.
"You are worthy, Ma Y/n. Eywa was correct, she is never wrong." They softly grip your chin, demanding your gaze onto them. They stare into your glassy eyes that struggle to maintain eye contact, shifting to every little thing around.
"I-I was reckless." You break. You're words are vague, are you referring to Teylan or your past? No matter it was something Okul was going to put a stop too. Their slender arms wrap around your shoulders as they tug you into their chest. You face resting against their shoulder as you finally cry. They softly hum as they run their hand down your back, rocking you both back and forth slowly. Your breathing calms as you press into their body. Tears slowing to a stop, staining your cheeks. You yawn and shut your eyes, relishing in the feeling of physical comfort. All this time and no one has ever come this close. A simple touch from their wise hands is enough to soothe the ache in your heart. The pain has become all you've known.
"Thank you Okul…"
Their lips shh you gently as they comb through your hair.
"Sleep for now. I will be here when you wake."
They pull you down to lay on the cot. Hands drying your face and eyes warm as you fall asleep easily.
"You care for them so deeply." A deep rumbly voice shakes them apart from you. They gasp slipping out from the bed, hands clasped together like a child being scolded. When they look up they meet So'leks amused stare. A small quirk of his lips, only makes them feel more embarrassed.
"I try my best." They shyly mumble.
"You don't give yourself enough credit." He nods towards your peaceful frame.
"They need someone like you. Perhaps you can calm their stubborn mind." He teases as he sets a little pouch on the counter meant for you. Okul's ears perk up as they watch him set the pouch down. They so desperately want to know what it is. Will it help you? Hurt you? As if the older Na'vi can read minds he cuts through their thoughts.
"It is dried fruit."
Okul swallows their questions and turn away embarrassed, "right of-of course."
The Trrong warrior nears their spot, face suddenly serious and voice hushed.
"Take care of them." With that he rests a hand on their shoulder and gives gentle squeeze before leaving the room. Okul is left with wide eyes as they stare at you before a small finds its way on their lips. You are all theirs, if you'll have them of course.

The metal walls of TAP were always cold, unwavering, and seemed to freeze the blood flowing within Ri'nela every time she inhaled. The once comforting weight of her hair adornments missing, leaving her feeling like she had a hole through who she was.
As she walked alongside the other Sarentu through the halls, her hand went into the pocket of her shorts the RDA had given to them. She squeezed one of the beads she had once carefully braided into her hair, trying to find some sense of comfort from the touch.
Teylan was still young and clumsy, his tail tripping him up and he lost his balance, his weight slamming against Ri'nela's side as they both went down. An annoyed huff left the girl as she was about to snap at the younger boy when a voice interrupted her.
"Ri'nela, what have I said about these beads of yours?" Mercer's venomous tone resounded through the hall.
"I-" But before she could try to explain any further, the man continued speaking.
"I let you keep them on the condition they stay in your bunk," He stepped closer to the children, Nor and Tamtey tensing as he loosely gripped one of Ri'nela's braids and held it within view, "not your hair, not your pockets."
There was a shuffling herd coming closer, the other Sarentu slightly relaxing at the sight of Alma.
"John, let me take that back to the bunk. I can make sure they don't leave that room again." Her tone was slightly strained, hoping to hide the concern she had for the children she was supposed to be teaching, not raising. Before she could convince him any further, the bead fell from his hand before be stomping his foot on top with a loud crack echoing.
"If I see them again, I'll be breaking the rest." With a swivel of his foot, the bead cracked into smaller pieces before he walked off down a different hallway.
With a gasp she was awake, her golden yellow irises locking onto the ceiling of the resistance within the Clouded Forest. Sweat coated her skin as she stood quickly, almost losing her balance in the short space. She must've fallen asleep while reading notes on the local healing flora around base, a few pages fallen lazily onto the cold floor. She ignored the papers, needing air.
The hiss of the airlock and rush of the forest scents that rushed into Ri'nela's lungs filled her with a slight ease as she walked further away from the camp, wanting some time away from the walls that reminded her of her own and her clan's lack of childhood. As her eyes ran across the horizon line outside of camp, the crackling of her radio interrupted her thoughts.
"Ri'nela, are you there?" Tamtey's voice came through, the now slightly calmed woman put her radio up to her mouth.
"Yes Tamtey, are you okay? What do you need?" The tone of worry for the other seeping through her tone. She was always thinking in the back of her mind how the most active warrior of the Sarentu could be hurt and alone somewhere where she can't reach. Tamtey's rich chuckle rang through the radio.
"I am fine ma' eylan, I am not hurt. I just wanted to see if you could come visit the Hollows, Anufi was asking for you." That piqued her interest. The Tsahìk of the Kame'tire requested her, a Sarentu who had just begun listening and hearing Eywa, someone who was practically still a child in most people's eyes. At least that's how she thought they viewed her, through her own lens of insecurity.
Laughs and hushed conversations came from within the fence of one of the outposts the RDA had out in the clouded forest. (y/n) gazed towards the metal, trying to figure out why these ketuwongs were in their forest, throwing off Eywa's balance. A screech of an ikran pierced the air, (y/n)'s ears immediately turning towards the sound to hear more clearly as they slowly and quietly approached to see inside the area.
The gasp practically choked them as (y/n) saw Tsawksyul, their bonded of 5 moon cycles. Her red and ochre patterned wings were bound with chains, piercing through the membrane in order to keep her grounded from flying away, blood pooling around her claws. Another screech left her as one of the soldiers near her threw a piece of meat towards her, just out of reach even if she tried to reach for it, which she didn't. The dawnsheen branch longbow was clenched in (y/n)'s hand in seconds, their other grabbing an arrow from their sheath as their eyes scanned to get a better grasp of what was happening.
Corpses of nantang, pa'li, syìl were littered around within the fence. Some on tarps, others just soaking the ground with the blood spilled from them with no need. Their heart pounded heavier when their eyes settled on a still body of a flrrtsawl, fear spiraling out of control for their bonded, knowing the ketuwongs cared not for her life or any of Eywa's creations. They took a breath to still their heart, slowly crawling closer to an opening in the fence while they looked for every enemy. There were two AMP suits, one with bars across the front pane in order to be more secure for the wearer. Five soldiers on foot, one carrying a rocket launcher while the rest carried standard issued rifles.
"Why don't we just kill it already?" One of the soldiers on foot chided to another that was closer to the ikran. "Isn't Harding going to just put the thing on the black market? It doesn't have to be alive does it?" He chuckled, aiming his rifle towards Tsawksyul's wing, shooting a round into her as she reeled in pain.
(y/n) knocked the arrow without a second thought, the arrow sinking itself through the soldier's back, his gun falling as his body fell limp. Before the soldier next to the already fallen could react, they had an arrow lodged through their chest. (y/n) scrambled over to their bonded, worried hands touching anywhere and everywhere to access the damage. Another arrow was knocked, (y/n) aiming at an approaching soldier who was once inside an adjoining tent, questioning the earlier gunshot, dropping dead before he could alert anyone else.
"Tam tam Tsawksyul, I will free you from this txum." (y/n) was looking at the chains, ears rotated towards where they'd last seen the AMP suits in case they were spotted. What they hadn’t seen was one of the foot soldiers had split off from the group patrolling with the AMP suits, not hearing as the soldier whispered into comms that the enemy was on base before aiming and firing at the na’vi. The bullet hit (y/n)'s shoulder, a cry ripping from their lungs as they quickly turned and shot an arrow through the soldier. Trying to ignore the blasting pain spreading throughout their shoulder, they went to try and free Tsawksyul, grabbing one of the fallen guns and slamming it against the anchor of the chain.
Gunshots rang out, at least two more shots landing as a hiss escaped (y/n). They aimed their last arrow at one of the last foot soldiers, taking them down before trying to release her bonded again, frantic with fear and adrenaline. A loud barrage of gunfire, the machine gun on one of the AMP suits locking onto the two creatures in the middle of the camp. Tsawksyul stilled as her body was barraged by bullets, a last screech of pain released from her lungs before her eyes seemed to unfocus. Her head fell to the ground beneath her, her neck giving with no resistance.
An almost guttural scream left (y/n) as their body surged forward through the pain the gunshots were inflicting. The impact of their body against the AMP suit staggered the human inside. Their fist pounded once, then twice before the glass gave way. Ripping him out by his throat, (y/n) squeezed until they felt the bones crack before throwing the limp body away. Not even considering their beliefs and actions, (y/n) grabbed the gun that was still gripped in the suit's hand, crudely aiming it towards the last armored suit before slamming their finger against the trigger.
When (y/n) was finally the only one alive, their body started to tremble as they staggered their way back over to their bonded.
"Ma' Tsawksyul, please answer me, let me share your pain." They tried desperately to attach their kuru to the limp creature, a broken sound escaping them when they couldn't form tsaheylu. They sobbed then, the sound tearing from within their soul, like a parent losing a child.
"Go with Eywa, ma' eylan. I will find you for flights, may your body help the forest." Their voice shook as they spoke, their hands hovered over the cooling skin of their bonded.
Was asked to do an Art Trade with @navitalesfrompandora, and I thought it could be cool ! And now that I've seen the movie... Might draw more Avatar stuff again hehe
Maybe his torso is a bit too wide ? Now that I look at the finished product, I see some mistakes, but I also see some improvements !
What would have happened if TAP chose a different clan to target to get their students?
How would things have changed?
This is just an Idea/concept for people (not me) to expand into alternative AUs for TAP and the Western Frontier clans. This is just my interpretation of the potential that could have happened if Mercer, Harding weren't so picky on which clan would be the easiest to wipe out. Cortez, she didn't seem like the person to give an F on where they came from, just as long as they were Na'vi and from a clan (she switched from the Kame'tire to the Sarentu very easily).
Since the Sarentu were the canonical Clan wiped out by the RDA/TAP, they won't be on the list as students since the RDA wouldn't have targeted them in these alternative universes (unless TAP hit two clans for double students)
