The crazy woman, Ruby Nell Howell 70, who pulled a gun on a black couple trying to have a picnic at a #Mississippi #campground is arrested, but only charged with a MISDEMEANOR. -------------- #RubyNellHowell has been charged with threatening exhibition of a weapon, a misdemeanor. She turned herself into the #OktibbehaCounty Sheriff's Department on Tuesday and was released on $500 bond. If convicted, Howell faces up to three months in prison and a maximum $500 fine. Howell, who worked at the campground, asked the couple to leave when she found out they didn't have a reservation.
