PAN Ice Cream I know why the named the ice cream coz they really "cooked" the liquid on a pan, a very cold pan. The liquid made from milk based ingredient and they give the flavour according to the flavours that you ordered. Then they cook the liquid untill it a bit freezed then they add fresh fruits or cookies then they mix again till it layered then they just pushed it into ice cream rolls then they put the rolls in a cup and add some toppings on it then finalize it with chocolate or strawberry syrup.
