GENRES: Drama

SUMMARY: Yup, Player 456 went back to the games. But this time he wants to destroy it from the inside.

THIS SHOW HAS EVERYTHING: Deadly binyeos, extra keys, found families, pigs full of cash, regret, greed, bullying, long pipes, boat rides, drones, seedy hotels, mysterious bank cards, VIPs, secret players, self-destruct buttons, theme parks, sick children, lost children, new children, and well, murder.

HOT TAKE: Yes, the acting was excellent, yes, I was very pleased to see some familiar KDrama faces getting international recognition, and yes, the plot had me guessing until the end.

I know in my review for Season 2 I was excited for the conclusion of this second set of games, but by the time Season 3 came around and the real political and ethical world around us had disintegrated so far into madness, I was not at all excited to see more of it on my television.

I didn't like the ending for player 456, I thought there were was too much hand-waving when it came to time elapsed while infiltrating the island at the end, and what a yawn of an ending for Wi Ha Joon's character.

Do the games live on in the US? Were they always there? Sure, whatever.
