Just so you know, I love everything about this ship, I only wish I had more of it, but everything that was shown was simply perfect.

But there's one little detail... a little thing that is precious and almost forgettable...

We all know Kanba loves Himari, that he is a playboy, but still would give his life to her (we all love that), and we need the famous and common trope of the brother chasing women as a hobby to forget his sinful desire for the little sister, but still, he loves her more than everything.

Himari is different, she believed that Shoma was her soulmate, and she realized he was in love with Ringo, and her desire would not be fulfilled. In her conversation with Sanetoshi, she says she wants to be kissed, loved, but she wants the love to be true and fulfilling, and that she wouldn't chase love if it kept running away since she would get tired (she is really rational at this point, which is surprising the different behaviour she has with Sanetoshi), but here is the thing... She does chase over and over love, her desire. Not Shoma, her so called soulmate, she chases Kanba, over and over, at the point of just giving her life back to him. They are both chasing each other in order to make the other alive and happy. They just want to spend time together.

Himari abandons Shoma to go look for Kanba and save him.

And when she finally kisses him, she gets the "fruit" she so much longed for (literally, since the kiss transforms the blood into apples).

Unconsciously, Himari longed for Kanba, he was her Beloved Person, she chose him and he loved her.

Like... she walks through sharp glass for him...

Day 07 - The most heartbreaking scene?

KanHima again (2 in a row!) The moment right before Kanba shattered, when he was staring down at Himari and then gently touched her face.  You could just see the love in his eyes, even though he never got the chance to tell her. It makes me sad even just thinking about it. D:
