· Name: Wenyuu Vantas
· Gender:Female
· General Appearance: illustrated above
· Personality: …tiny. Damara. (she’s utterly terrifying) She speaks rarely but briskly in Korean. She also has her mother’s blood color, horns, and unhealthy addictions. She is more stern and serious than Damara, though. Even kankri is a little afraid of his own daughter at times.
· Special Talents: It wasn’t until she was 12 that she exposed that she has some of the megido’s psychic powers. How much exactly? That is not certain. She never speaks of it.
· Who they like better: No one outside the family can tell, but the answer is kankri. UvU (but we’ll get to that later.)
· Who they take after more: Do I even need to answer this? ;>
· Personal Head canon: Kankri did not much know what to make of the child, and was surprised he and his matesprit were even capable of finding her. But with a lot of help from Porrim, the couple finally discovered their daughter Wenyuu, who had already been named by her lusus. The child was a full sweep old by then, and was no longer a wriggler, but a quiet, stern, independent little girl with Damara’s lovely eyes and foul mouth.
At first, he distanced himself quietly. He didn’t know what to do with her. He had fought to find the kid for so long, only to realize that he had never really expected to succeed, and hadn’t planned on what to do when he found her. Sure, he had daydreamed a bit, but he had expected someone more like himself, and he was just as mystified as to what to do with Wenyuu as he had been when Damara started flirting with him years ago.
But accepting that Wenyuu was much like Damara helped him love her. He tried discussing things with her, trying to find a common gound, but it only ended in frustration. So he tried to learn Korean. He was terrible at it. At first, it only annoyed Wennyu that she had to put up with Kankri, who she was fine without, and teaching him just to speak her own language. Eventually though, she realized that he was doing this out of love. Despite her efforts, she couldn’t stay angry or annoyed with him. She began patiently instructing him. They formed a special bond over their lessons.
She still makes fun of him whenever he messes up. Which is always.
