What is everyone thoughts on pre-workout powders? Should I start drinking it or stay away from it? If I get on it...what brands?
Day 3: Grocery Shopping Trip All for $81 from my local Dillions grocery store.
Everytime I wake up from a long night of sleep or quick a nap. It hits me harder and harder each time how much I wish I was being held in someone's arms.
Day 8: Food 1 scoop of HD powder 1 cup of green tea w/ apple cider vinegar, honey & cinnamon 3 eggs 1 string cheese Carrots Roast Beef

Today has been a bit off. I have not worked out yet and today classes started back up. I did not go to sleep last night due to completing some side work for a professor. Which resulted in me taking a nap mid day today. I had an 8 am class followed by a 10:30 am class. I did not eat breakfast until 12:30 pm. Just now waking up from my nap at 4:37 pm. I have a ton of work to do and still need to fit in more food and a workout of some kind. I shall push through and not give up. Everyday counts!
