alright everyone!! so fair warning but i think i need, essentially, a journal to keep me on track with my fitness journey. with that said, i’m going to start posting my progress + workouts + meals on my blog. imma tag all that fit stuff as FITPOST. if y’all would like to join me on my journey and maybe share recipes + workout techniques or just convo about encouraging one another, please hit me up or come into my inbox!!
i really wanna lose ~30 pounds with maybe a muscle gain of like 10, which was my weight at my fittest while playing soccer in college. i’m not going to post my actual weight, and you don’t have to either if you wanna join!! but i’ll put my beginning weight as 30, for y’alls info.
i’m going to start MONDAY if anyone wanna get involved. i’ll do my first post on sunday with my monday meal PREP, then on monday i’ll post at the end of the night my workout + my next day meal.

Day 2: Food
Breakfast: 3 Eggs & 1 Orange Lunch: Salmon & Brown rice Dinner: Salmon & Brown rice Snack: Dried Honey Nut Cheerios Water intake: 4 to 5 - 25oz/740ml Water bottle - - I need to implement more veggies and fruit. Going grocery shopping tomorrow.
day 0:
alright!! here’s the first one. i didn’t workout today, and i did the whole last little unhealthy hurrah but now we’re down to BUSINESS.
tomorrow, for breakfast, i’ve got 1/2 cup of steel cut oats + with frozen strawberries and bananas, and a teaspoon of honey and some brown sugar. i always top off my breakfast with a 20 ounce cup of iced coffee with a splash of vanilla creamer.
for lunch, i’m going to be picking up a spicy tuna/scallop poke bowl from this poke bar down the street from work. imma have it over salad greens, with lotsa edamame, mango + seaweed salad. i’m going to try and cut out soda entirely but it’s SO hard. i’m not gonna try and restrict myself too much tho so if i get the craving, i’ll go for it. if not, imma just keep drinking water. i’m tryna do 90 ounces a day, that’s 3 big water bottles for me and it just keeps me busy and full during work hours.
then i’m planning on free running tomorrow. going to do a mile and a half, then see how i’m feeling after that. (on tuesday’s the gym i go to has like a full body 2-hour workout thing so i’m gonna try and keep some energy for that)
for dinner, i got some trader joes fried rice and i’m going to partner it with some grilled chicken breast B)
