The stage actress for Sae wearing a watch on her right wrist makes me headcanon that Sae is a leftie with writing, overall mixed dominant since she's shown in the game using chopsticks with her right hand. Generally watches are worn on the non-dominant hand. She seems like the kind of person who'd absolutely hate scuffing or dirtying an expensive watch while signing papers. I can also see her and Akechi griping together over leftie struggles.
