[No title as usual] Naya and Silvass for @war-of-wrath She had woken early and huddled closer to the warm, gentle form sleeping next to her in the makeshift bed. The sun had not risen yet but she couldn't go back to sleep. Instead, she watched him sleep. She listened to his soft even breathing, watched as his chest heaved up and down with each breath. She smiled at the serene look on his face; even in his sleep he was beautiful. She found herself wanting to reach out and touch him. It would be so easy to reach out and touch him, slide her fingers over the bare blue skin of his chest.

Tentatively she reached out touching his soft hair, running her fingers through the dark blue hair, along his smooth cheek, down the side of his neck to his chest and breathlessly halting her exploration when he stirred under her touch. When he settled back into sleep she resumed her exploration of his torso. Unaware of the effect it was having on him, she let her fingertips run lazily over his bare skin.

Unsure of her intent, he remained silent and motionless under her ministrations, knowing that words would ruin the moment and he didn't want that. It was challenging to keep his breathing even, pretending to still be asleep. Her hands, soft and gentle, moved lightly over his torso, careful in every movement. To feel her touching him so intimately was arousing in itself and more than anything he wanted her to be comfortable in her exploration of his body.

Her touch eventually got bolder and the quiet sound of pleasure that left his throat was enough to make her freeze mid movement. He caught her hand and saw her purple eyes widen, her lips part. He knew her well enough to know her mind was racing and if he wasn't holding her hand in his she could very well have been halfway out of their tent by now. ”Don't stop,” he said softly. He smiled at her and felt her relax. She gave a small nod before she continued to explore his exposed skin. Once she reached the waistband of his pants, she smiled up at him as she slipped her fingers beneath it making him gasp in surprise.

"Make me!"

“Make you?!“ Anne smiled at Blakk and leaned down to whisper in his ear. “It’s just a dance. We would blend in, dear. Who do you think all these nice people will remember when the law enforcement of this lovely town questions them, hmm? The couple dancing like everybody else or the couple making a scene because the husband is acting like a kriffing four year old?”

She stood up and smoothed down her rather fancy dress, and held out her hand for him to take expecting him to lead her out on the dance floor.

"♈" Jalmar and Harlow

Jalmar let out a long sigh, relaxing as he sank further into the nice hot water. He and Harlow were on some backwater planet for a recon job, but at least this town had an old bath house. They were probably being overcharged but he decided it was worth it, the hot water washed away the stiffness in his body as well as the dirt. 

“Oh fucking hell, this is nice,” Harlow moaned from the hot tub next to Jalmar’s. Jalmar couldn’t argue with that. Settling back against the rim of the tub he took a swig of his beer and let his eyes close as he felt the cool beverage slide down his throat, enjoying the contrast to the hot steamy room. “I wonder how many people have fucked in here. I bet people fuck all the time in places like this.” Of course Ricks couldn’t be quiet for five kriffing minutes. Peace and quiet was something rarely seen in the company of Harlow Ricks. “Shut the fuck up, Ricks. Can we please enjoy this?” Jalmar groaned and for a moment he actually thought Harlow had listened to him. He could hear him move around in his tub but at least he was quiet. Then he felt it, a sneaky hand creep around his cock. “What the hell?!” he exclaimed, sitting up. Harlow had left his hot tub to climb into Jalmar’s, and is was hard to miss his arousal.“You want me to enjoy this? Let’s fuck.” The water splashed over the edges of the tub as Harlow sat down on Jalmar. He leaned in and gave Jalmar a rough kiss.“People can come in at any time…” Jalmar tried to object, moaning slightly as Harlow started to move his hand. Damn, it felt good.

“We better make it fast then,” Harlow grinned.

For war-of-wrath Anne & Vic

Tears weren't far away when Anne came back to her home on Narsh and the realization how close she had been to never see the place again (or the people living there) washed over her. She hurried to the room she shared with Tal but to her disappointment she found the big bed empty.

She could not get to sleep, tossing and turning for what felt like an eternity. She needed Tal, she needed...being close to someone. She glanced at the door.

"Vic?" She knocked on the door to the bounty hunter's room again, harder this time. "Are you there? ...Are you alone?" It wasn't at all unlikely Vic already had company. "Are you ....decent?" When there was no answer she opened the door and let herself in.

Vic had been asleep, but the sound of the opening door woke him up.

"Anne? What are you doing here?" he asked in a drowsy voice, propping himself up on elbow and eyeing her as she climbed into his bed.

"Can I sleep here? Please?"

He stared at her for a long moment before he nodded and groaned as he fell back on the bed again. Anne smiled and scooted close to him, wrapping an arm around him.

"What's going on, Anne?"

"Nothing."

"Uh-huh," he said, obviously not believing her but he didn't want to poke either. "You know I'm gay, right?"

She grinned. "Shut up. Just hold me, alright?"

NaNoWriMo Update

Okay, so I've narrowed down what I am going to write for NanoWrimo to two choices (three technically but I doubt I'll be doing the third). I'd like input on what you guys would like to see me try to write though since you are ostensibly the audience and will have to consume the shit I write. So yeah feedback will be considered heavily. 

First Story Idea (and what I will probably go with sans feedback)

Background: It is a Murder Mystery. As I have never written a murder mystery it will probably be terrible. The original idea was a prompt on the mspa forums, so yes, it is a converted homestuck fanfic. I have some notes to go along with it but no final outline or anything. I would be making up a lot of shit as I went along.

Probability of failing: Reasonably high.

Summary: Once again the time has come for the proud Warriors of Parpe to challenge the world in Games of skill, chance, and courage. Last time our Warriors fought bravely and were victorious, crushing our fellow nations and retaining the Championship. However, our team of champions for this year's Game are... atypical. A coward, a killer, a princess, and sycophant populate their ranks, and after finding that one of their own has been killed their weak ties may lead to Parpes' failure to even complete the Game this year. Will they prevail, or will they tear each other apart from within? Only time will tell...

Second Story Idea 

Background: This one has been bumbling around in my head in one form or another since my junior year of highschool. Part of it is even written. Not much, but still. Outlines for parts of the story exist. It's a bit experimental and I'm not entirely certain it will all tie together, but it's novel, at least in my own opinion.

Probability of Failing: Might actually get done. I'd give it a 50/50 shot. Maybe, 65/35.

Summary: In stories souls exist. The essence of a person can be distilled, examined and manipulated, talked about and torn apart. In these four stories five souls will be seen. Who they really are is up to you to decide. Is Monkey an urchin with a taste for theater or a boy with hate in his heart and a plan for revenge? Is Duke a doting brother or a bored nihilist? Is Salacia a proud soldier or psychopath with only one love in her life? Is Sari a selfish thief or a thug with a cockney accent? I Mara..., well she may be the hardest to describe. I invite you to read and come to your own conclusions.

Third Story Idea

Well this isn't really so much a story idea as me finishing something that's half-written anyway and working on other half or partially written short stories. The caveat is they are all pony. It's about suicide and depression mostly. Other half finished works include Fallout Equestria fanfics (which are basically fanfics or fanfics) and a short (human) story of a medium serial killer killing her fourth victim.

Probability of failure: 20, 30 percent maybe? I'll probably get it done.

Nanowrimo 2014

I am doing Nanowrimo and, in order to fuel my motivation to do it, I invite you all to watch me either produce subpar content and laugh or watch me do nothing at all and hurl insults. Either is fine.

I plan to set up a Gdoc that will be updated at least every two days to chart my progress. Goal is 60,000 words and to hate myself more than usual for saddling myself with more work on top of school. 

I tried to do this last year when I had literally nothing but time on my hands and failed miserably. Now that I have absolutely no time on my hands I somehow think I will be more successful. Or, at least, fail more spectacularly. We'll see I guess.

Silvass has passed away (I'm so sorry)

Naya wasn’t sure if she screamed out loud or in her head. She knew in her heart that what they told her was true still she shook her head at them refusing to accept it. He couldn’t be gone, he would never leave her alone. She wrapped her arms around herself as suppressed sobs shook her frame. She didn’t know that emptiness could hurt this much, even years later the void he left behind would still ache inside of her.

Text]: What do you prefer, chocolate syrup or whip cream? (Kaz to Naya)

Her first reaction was to delete the text. It was inappropriate for a padawan to message his master subtly suggestive texts. Then she blushed fiercely, realizing it was her own interpretation of the text… She shouldn’t assume things, she really, really shouldn’t. She took a deep breath, and texted back.

“Whip cream. Are you making dessert, Kaz?”
